operating principle

The function of the pilot valve (A) is to control the pressure of the active valve or the upper dome cap of the active valve. When the pressure of the storage tank reaches the set pressure, the upward force acting on the sensing diaphragm of the control valve will overcome the downward elastic force. This sliding will cause a decrease in pressure on the upper part of the dome cap (B). In this way, the pressure acting on the main valve seat will open the valve to relieve the overpressure state.

As long as the pressure of the storage tank is higher than the set pressure of the control valve, the main valve will remain open (or flowing). When the pressure in the storage tank drops to the reset pressure of the control valve, the control valve will close and allow the water vapor in the storage tank to flow back to the dome cap on (B). When the pressure on the dome cap rises, the support plate joint device will tightly adhere to the base.
